My take is: when we judge someone, we are actually defining ourselves as a judgmental person. Our actions speak more about ourselves than our words do about others. It feels safer to judge something outside of us instead of something within us.

We judge others because we are cognisence with the behaviour. it is actually the same negativity which unconsciously lies within us

Yes it is true.
Bcoz while judging a person, actually we are(human mind) reflecting our inner opinions( which at times we also don't know)

I came here today and joined because I have found myself ingrained in the political debates and since I have spent so many years in the battle,I'm tired and need respit. Wayne's words suit me really well today.

What we condemn in others we have condemned in ourselves.

Our minds were created to gather knowledge and share it to everyone, we dont have the right to judge others on what they believe, from right or wrong. Only God knows the truth....

I believe the quote is a bit more simple than that. It simply means when you judge, you see in others what you see in yourself. We are all part of GOD therefore all part of one another. Maybe a good analogy is like a fun house mirror all broke up into tiny pieces where we see each other over and over again....

We are hopelssly incapable of judging! Because what you see is different from what i see although we both believe we are seeing the same.
Why then even attempt to judge?

This statement is quite like receiving a bad evaluation, giving unfairly it then defines the person that gave the evaluation. Who can sit in judgement of anothers character and or integrity without also looking at himself because we all have issues. What you see in others may not be what you are tempted with but you are tempted. For instance, It may be part of someones character to lie and steal and you would probably despise that on the other hand anothers character suggest adultery or pornography. He who is without sin throw the first stone.
